Greg is a busy professional and parent.  He enjoys relaxing on the couch after a long day and tends to eat lots of snacks while watching T.V. shows and sports. He was fit in his teens and early 20’s (weighing only 180 pounds). His weight and cholesterol went up with each annual checkup.  He was over 240 pounds by his early 30’s.  However, he lost over 50 pounds and has kept it off for years (but has not given up his "Couch Potato" ways)!
