DAT Example for the Football Fan.
Super Bowl Sunday is the second biggest eating day of the year (next to Thanksgiving). More than likely, every Sunday is a “super” eating day for most pro football fans and fattening goodies seem to go hand-in-hand with the pigskin. If you’re also into college games, the entire weekend can become a munch fest in front of the T.V. That means the fridge gets blitzed approximately 17 weekends a year (or more with the preseason and playoffs).
So, how do you eat better while enjoying all the action on the gridiron? Try replacing the foods, snacks, and drinks you love with more healthful alternatives. Here’s an easy illustration for the hungry football fan that likes to drink and snack during games.
